VAT & Duty 
At Firebug Diamonds we believe that you are entitled to a faultless shopping experience, so we have designed our site to be as simple to use as possible with a simple pricing structure. We guarantee the final price you see is the final price you pay.
Customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges of the destination country are always the recipient's responsibility, however at Firebug Diamonds we will always cover the cost of this for you during the checkout process ensuring you never have any unexpected charges to settle.
At Firebug Diamonds we are happy to ship world wide, because of this, all of our prices are listed excluding VAT or Duty rates, we do this because the relevant VAT or Duty rates can not be calculated until we know which country or state you wish to deliver your goods to.
Example of VAT
If a purchaser from the UK wants to send goods to Germany (i.e. destination country), 19% VAT will be added to your final purchase price, which is Germany’s relevant VAT rate. We will calculate and collect this automatically during the checkout process regardless of where in the country you may wish to send your goods to.
Example of Duty
Like VAT, if a purchaser from the UK wants to send goods to the United States, 5% Duty will be added to your final purchase price, as this is the relevant Duty rate for that country. We will calculate and collect this for you during the checkout process to ensure your goods are delivered safely with no additional delays.
Responsibility and Limitations
Please note: All products that are sent internationally may not be designed in accordance with the destination countries standards, specifications and labelling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country.
Please note: All international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by the customs authorities, any information about your order, shipment and products contained therein may be communicated to our shippers and the customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process. We have no control over this.
International Delivery Information
At Firebug Diamonds, Delivery Insurance will be provided on all orders without exception and at no additional charge. This insurance protects your order from the time it leaves Firebug Diamonds, to when it arrives at your door. Should there be a problem with the delivery of your order please contact our customer service department for further instructions.
