Pricing
Occasionally, data, including prices, may be incorrectly displayed on our site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, occasionally they may occur. FirebugDiamonds.Com reserves the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and will not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. Shipping
When it comes to shipping, Firebug Diamonds use only the best to guarantee the safe and prompt arrival of your purchase. Every order we ship is fully insured but we do suggest, as a precaution, that customers do inspect their packages for tampering or damage before signing for receipt.
- International Shipping – We are more than happy to ship to countries around the globe through our UK website. FirebugDiamonds.Com will cover the costs for all shipping for purchases made on our website. Please click here to view a complete list of the countries we currently ship to.
- Alternative Shipping Addresses – We understand that jewellery is often given as an unexpected gift for an engagement or special occasion. To keep your purchase a surprise you may want your order shipped to an alternative address. When shipping to an alternative address FirebugDiamonds.Com takes additional safeguards to protect you and your purchase from fraud or theft. We may contact you by phone or email if we require any additional information or proof of identification.

Certified Diamonds / Diamond Certificates
When you order a loose diamond or custom-built diamond jewellery, we ship it to you with the accompanying diamond certificate. These certificates (grading reports) are detailed documents created by diamond grading experts.
FirebugDiamonds.Com deals with certified/graded diamonds from some of the most respected labs: GIA, AGS and the IGI – Whilst certificates are supplied with every diamond at no cost to the customer, it can be very expensive to replace a diamond certificate. Because of this, we require each diamond certificate to be included with each returned diamond. If you do not include the diamond certificate with your return, you will be charged a replacement fee.

Comparison Purchasing
FirebugDiamonds.Com does not allow comparison purchasing on any products. Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several of the same items, keeping the one you like best, and then returning the remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory issues and can be very costly. As all our products are bespoke and made to order, if we feel a customer is comparison purchasing, we reserve the right to immediately cancel that order.

FirebugDiamonds.Com only purchases diamonds from some of the largest and most respected suppliers. FirebugDiamonds.Com insists that all our suppliers guarantee that any diamonds are conflict free, and that written guarantees are provided by the supplier to that effect.
